I am currently a student, can teach in English or Afrikaans... As a third year student I have taught and coached in my teaching practice. I also have two consecutive terms of student leadership (served on a house committee which entailed management of the well-being of students)

I believe in the facilitation method of teaching. The idea is that learners are not a 'blank slate'. Therefore I approach each lesson by drawing on the learner's previous knowledge and use the scaffolding method to assist and facilitate them.
If something is not clear we can rather find the right answer and come back to it, than supplying the wrong answer.
