About Abbie

Hi, I'm Abbie! I'm a 3rd-year Medical Student at the University of Liverpool, having received 4/4 offers from medical schools. I achieved A*A*A at A-level in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology, alongside an EPQ A*, and achieved 10 grade 9s and a grade 8 at GCSE.

Having successfully navigated the medical school application process myself, I understand how daunting interviews can feel and how difficult it can be to know exactly what interviewers are looking for. I was fortunate to receive interview preparation from a doctor, which gave me valuable insight into how to approach questions, structure my answers and communicate effectively under pressure.

I'm passionate about helping aspiring medical students feel confident in their abilities and show their full potential at interview. I know how much preparation and practice can make a difference, and I'd love to share what I learnt throughout my own journey to help you secure a place at medical school!

About the lesson

My medical school interview preparation lessons are designed to help you feel confident, communicate effectively and understand what interviewers are really looking for. Having received 4/4 medical school offers myself, I know how important it is to demonstrate your motivation for medicine, communicate your thoughts clearly and show the qualities medical schools value.

I was fortunate to receive interview preparation from a doctor, which gave me valuable insight into the interview process and the types of questions you may be asked. I'm able to share this experience, work through realistic practice questions and help you develop strong, well-structured answers that reflect your own experiences and personality.

Our lessons will involve practising interview questions, reviewing your answers and identifying what went well and what could be improved. We'll also work on communication skills, building confidence and learning how to approach unfamiliar or challenging questions without panicking.

My aim is to help you walk into your interview feeling prepared, confident and ready to show interviewers why you deserve a place at medical school!
