About Neil
I am a 3rd year Medical Student at the University of Leeds. I have always enjoyed Maths and Sciences, not only for the subjects themselves, but for the satisfaction that comes from things finally making sense.
I want to teach because I know how much difference the right support can make. In school, I often found that progress happened when someone explained something in a clear, patient way that made it feel less intimidating. I try to bring that same approach into my tutoring.
My aim is to make lessons feel calm, supportive, and easy to follow. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and taking the time they need to understand things properly.
I also hope that students enjoy the sessions and feel more confident over time, both in their understanding and in how they approach exams.

Having achieved Grade 9 in Maths, Biology and Chemistry at GCSE, I focus on helping students build strong understanding alongside effective exam technique.
My lessons are structured to break down difficult topics clearly, identify gaps in knowledge, and reinforce exam skills needed to access top grades.
Each session is adapted to the student’s needs, whether that means strengthening core understanding, improving exam confidence, or refining how answers are structured under exam conditions.
I teach GCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry.
