About Jayda
Hello! My name is Jayda Kirkwood, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence in mathematics. As a Financial Mathematics and Risk Management major, I understand that math can be challenging, but I firmly believe that with the right support and mindset, anyone can succeed. I have experience tutoring Algebra I and II, as well as teaching Geometry in an online classroom setting. In my teaching, I focus on making math approachable, breaking down complex concepts into understandable steps, and fostering a positive learning environment. Math has always been an important part of my journey, and I love sharing my enthusiasm for the subject with others. Whether a student needs help grasping fundamental concepts or preparing for an exam, I’m committed to providing personalized guidance to meet their needs. I look forward to the opportunity to support students in their mathematical growth!
