About
True holistic medicine requires: knowledge, experience and curiosity. Your unique body should be seen by a skilled eye and a subtle touch that brings more than a one size fits all design. Growing up, my mother a tai chi master and shiatsu therapist- alternative healing and naturopathy were staple. At 7 years old, I joined her very first yoga classes in 1992, before sticky mats were invented. As my curiosity grew, I found Pilates reformer training and certified at 17 with physical therapy model for injury and chronic pain. After university it was clear I wanted to continue in the path my mother had paved, and at 23 completed shiatsu therapy practitioners program. My knowledge and experience in Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, Pilates, qigong, meditation and naturopathy are through 22 years of professional practice, but many more in lived life growing up. I’m delighted to share my knowledge with you and teach you how valuable your vitality can be.
