About Wessel Christiaan
I am a third-year student in B Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch studying towards a CA-qualification. I perform satisfactorily in each of my subjects achieving Cum-Laude in Financial Accounting and Auditing. I matriculated at Paarl Gymnasium High School in 2018 with main subjects being Accounting, Business Studies and Computer Application Technology.
I enjoy helping others improve academically and would pride myself on ensuring my students perform to the best of their ability. I approach the topics I tutor logically through my experience and knowledge. I value building a relationship with my students throughout their academic year.

I believe learning the fundamentals and then focusing on the application thereof is key, especially for struggling students. Learning theory can only help a student up to a certain point, after which they have to be able to use it. In the subjects I want to tutor namely, Accounting and Mathematics, this is definitely the case. By using past papers and relevant questions my students can become familiar and comfortable with the curriculum they work through.
