About Jack
Jack has been singing since the age of 11 and decided to pick up the guitar a few years later to accompany his singing. He plays numerous gigs every month showcasing his ability to perform, both vocally and with his guitar. Doing Performing Arts at College from 09-11 achieving a triple Distinction, he has been gigging ever since. Jack is also passionate about writing his own material and constantly aiming to better himself as a musician. He plays a lot of weddings, working with the bride and groom on a one to one basis to make their day as special as can be. Jack has also been involved in a number of Primary School shows over the past few years, taking kids aside and working on their specific songs and roles - this as well as giving guitar lessons to keen beginners of a young age. He says “There is no more fulfilling job than passing on your own passion and experience. Everyone is constantly learning, but to see someone play their first ever song, is priceless.”

Have you always wanted to learn the guitar but have procrastinated it for so long? I was the same, until I decided to pick it up 14 years ago. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I started learning to accompany my singing, as that was my primary instrument and I still do both full time!
If you are after a laid back, bespoke type approach to learning the guitar, then please get in touch. I like to cater the lessons to the individual, whilst of course including all the beginner essentials to get yourself started. A huge incentive for people is to learn the genre of their choice/liking, so that’s what I try and incorporate as much as I can!
As mentioned I’ve been playing for 14 years and have been teaching for 6. A typical lesson of mine would be:
