Completing a Bachelor of Education in Second Language Teaching at York University provided the formal framework for my pedagogical practice. Admittedly, my transition into tutoring began because I struggled to find resources that respected the intelligence of adult learners. I currently support French immersion graduates who are eager to polish their accents and syntax for professional environments. Newcomer families also seek me out to integrate more effectively into Canadian life through language acquisition.
