About Engin
I graduated from the New England Conservatory in Boston, from the jazz composition department. In this school, I worked with Ken Schaphorst and Frank Carlberg in the field of composition, and had the opportunity to work with Jason Moran and Ethan Iverson on piano. In my music career since 2015, I have been establishing my own jazz trio in Istanbul, accompanying various jazz bands, playing my jazz compositions in TRT Jazz Orchestra, setting up a new jazz band in Boston and recording albums and recording yesterday. I have a wide range of work experience, ranging from the new project we created with the company. I would love to convey these experiences to my students.

- The most important point for me in my lessons is to find the areas and music that the student is most passionate about. - In the 1 hour lesson, I prefer to study the student deeper in one or two subjects rather than overwhelming them with more than one subject. Likewise, the homework I will give will be in a way to deepen a single subject and to work.
