About Maria
As an Aerial Yoga instructor since 2016, I bring several years of experience and expertise to guide and inspire individuals in the practice of Aerial Yoga. With a passion for both the physical and artistic elements of movement, I have cultivated a teaching style that caters to a diverse range of participants, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My classes offer a unique blend of strength-building, flexibility enhancement, and mindfulness, creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment. Throughout my teaching journey, I have prioritized safety, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a sense of exploration and self-expression among my students. My dedication to the principles of Aerial Yoga extends beyond the physical practice, incorporating elements of holistic well-being and environmental consciousness. Whether working with individuals seeking a novel fitness experience, stress relief, or a creative outlet, my goal is to facilitate a transformative and enriching journey for each participant.
