About Patrick
In my experience, if a student is struggling in one area, it often affects their confidence, organisation, revision habits, and performance across other subjects too. I take a holistic approach to tutoring, focusing on the bigger picture behind a student’s academic progress rather than treating each subject separately.
My lessons are designed to provide personalised support that can adapt week by week depending on homework, coursework, mock exams, GCSE preparation, reading comprehension, essay writing, revision techniques, presentations, or general study skills. I can support students across subjects such as English, Maths, Humanities, Geography, History, Sociology, Spanish, and general coursework organisation.
I believe families should not feel pressured to pay for endless separate tutors when students often benefit more from consistent guidance that connects everything together.

I offer flexible, all-in-one academic support tailored to each student’s needs. Lessons adapt weekly around homework, revision, coursework, and weak areas, helping students improve grades, confidence, and independent study skills.
Sessions are typically one hour and can cover multiple subjects depending on what the student needs most that week. I focus on understanding, organisation, essay writing, revision strategies, and building confidence alongside academic improvement.
I have an international background in journalism, diplomacy, and education, and I am currently completing my PGCE in the UK towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I also hold two Master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Fudan University.
Lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, GCSE, homeschooling, and adult learners. Enhanced DBS check available.
