About Kunika

I'm currently in 2nd professional year of my graduate degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from NAMC, Agra.
I've a deep knowledge of all the subjects of Ayurveda.
I can also use PPTs and videos for better understanding and I can suitably adjust according to the student. Just give me one chance and see how it goes, I promise you that I'll try my best to make sure you'll honestly enjoy the learning experience at every last minute! Thanks again for taking the time to hear me out!

About the lesson

My teaching method is simple and very unique. I will start every topic from scratch to the level required. First, I explain a topic then get it covered from the standard books. I will cover each and every topic from Samhitas, Nigantus and real Ayurved content. Teachings from the authentic Ayurveda learnings, connecting your daily lifestyle, mental health, seasons variations affecting our body, Vata, pitta, kapha, Dhatus, Panchmahabhoot and other basics of Ayurveda. Dincharya, Ritucharya, Sharirik Dosh, Manas Dosh, mindfulness and most important how to stay linked with Ayurveda in this Modern world.
