About Amy
I am a postgraduate medical student at the University of Glasgow, with a BSc (Hons) in Anatomical sciences from the University of Dundee. I am passionate about supporting students to achieve their best without burning out, and particularly in helping students navigate the sometimes daunting medical admissions process.
I studied Biology to Advanced Higher level in secondary school, and am happy to tutor all levels (including As/A level.) Throughout my degree I completed modules focused on both broad biology subjects (Biochemistry, Cellular Communication, Statistics and Experimental Design) as well as human anatomy specific modules such as Gross Anatomy, Histology and Embryology.

Typical lessons are 1 hour but can be flexible around individual needs. Teaching usually revolves around past paper style questions, alongside brief interactive lessons on the topics being covered in those questions.
I have previously tutored National 5 biology as well as tutoring individuals through Personal statement revisions and Medicine Interviews, after receiving 4/4 offers to study Medicine in my application cycle.
