About Albert

Hi, I’m Andrew Huang! I’ve been playing table tennis since 2017 and have represented Team USA as a Junior National Team member since 2022. My achievements include a Pan American U11 Boys championship title and a WTT Youth Contender title.

Through training at Grace Lin Table Tennis Club and in China, I’ve learned the value of strong fundamentals, discipline, and consistent practice. I bring those lessons, along with my international tournament experience, to helping others develop their game.

I aim to make every student feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. My coaching focuses on clear explanations, constructive feedback, and achievable goals. Whether you’re new to table tennis or looking to improve, I want to help you build confidence, enjoy training, and feel proud of your progress.

My table tennis lessons are designed for beginner and intermediate players who want to build strong fundamentals, improve consistency, and develop confidence at the table.

As a USATT Junior National Team member with international tournament experience, I bring a competitive player’s perspective to each lesson. My approach combines clear demonstrations, focused drills, and game situations, with practice adjusted to each student’s ability and goals.

A typical 60-minute lesson includes:

5 minutes: Warm-up, movement, and a quick review of goals.

15 minutes: Forehand and backhand technique, placement, and consistency.

15 minutes: Footwork and movement between shots.

10 minutes: Serving, reading spin, and returning serves.

10 minutes: Practice points to apply skills and learn simple match strategies.

5 minutes: Feedback and specific practice goals for the next lesson.

I emphasize understanding why a technique works, developing good habits, and enjoying the process of improving. Whether you’re learning your first strokes or preparing for tournaments, we’ll work toward steady, measurable progress.
