About Selina
As an aspiring law student, who currently studies English literature at A-level, I believe I can help students achieve their goals. In addition, having achieved all A*s at GCSE (including a score of 158/160 in literature) I fully believe I’m capable of giving advice on success.

My lessons will be entirely focused on English as a whole - specifically AQA GCSE or lower levels. For English literature GCSE I can run through exam structure - each section and how to answer, learning quotes/analysis, writing essays, and context to ensure the best outcomes. The books I can focus on for deeper analysis include Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, and An Inspector Calls. Furthermore, I can do Worlds and Lives poetry or unseen. Additionally, for English language GCSE I will focus on structuring answers and key features examiners look for such as types of analysis and depth in answers. Also, I can give advice on how to revise English as someone who’s recently sat their own exams as my lessons will be tailored to that specific student's learning style.
