About Edward
I have 11 years of experience teaching architecture and hold a Master’s Degree in Architecture. My academic background strengthened my understanding of structural systems, environmental design principles, and advanced drafting techniques. During my postgraduate studies, I worked on design research projects that improved my analytical and creative thinking skills.
Throughout my teaching career, I have guided students preparing for architecture entrance exams and university-level design programs. I focus on building strong conceptual foundations before introducing complex structural planning tasks. My teaching approach is patient, structured, and creativity-oriented. I believe that combining imagination with technical accuracy creates confident designers.
Teaching architecture gives me great satisfaction because I see how students grow from simple sketches to detailed and organized design plans. My architecture lessons focus on building strong design fundamentals while developing creative and technical skills. I teach students how to understand spatial planning, structural balance, material selection, and functional design principles in simple English. Each concept is explained step by step with sketches, layout examples, and practical case discussions. I guide students to think about how buildings serve people while maintaining safety, stability, and aesthetic value.
Each lesson follows a structured and balanced format to ensure steady improvement. We begin with a review of previous design concepts and drafting exercises. New topics such as floor planning, elevation design, perspective drawing, and basic structural understanding are introduced gradually. Students practice sketching layouts and refining design ideas with my guidance. I provide detailed feedback to improve proportion accuracy, visual clarity, and technical correctness. Regular assignments strengthen both creativity and discipline.
My goal is to help students develop confidence in both creative thinking and technical execution. I create a supportive learning environment where ideas are discussed openly and improved step by step.
