About Mira

My math lessons focus on unlocking the power of data. You’ll learn the art of data interpretation and gain skills in mastering graphing techniques and performing statistical analysis. Together, we’ll uncover trends hidden within numbers and understand what they mean. We explore compelling datasets and real-world studies, making learning practical and exciting. Lessons are designed to build strong quantitative reasoning skills that can be applied in academic work and everyday life. You’ll gain confidence turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights. The approach is supportive and encouraging, especially for those who feel unsure about working with numbers. I create a space where questions are welcomed and learning happens at your pace. Many students start unsure but finish able to navigate data with confidence and skill. By working together, you’ll develop the ability to read, analyze, and present data clearly. This skill will help you in studies, research, and professional projects. The goal is not just to learn math, but to use it as a tool to see the story behind the numbers.

About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Financial Mathematics. My teaching goes beyond formulas — I help students discover the stories hidden within numbers. I specialize in guiding learners through mathematical storytelling, turning abstract concepts into engaging narratives. This approach makes complex ideas easier to understand and more enjoyable to learn.

A key part of my work is creating compelling data visualizations. I transform numerical data into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics that clearly communicate insights. This skill allows students to see patterns and relationships that might otherwise be overlooked. I have worked with students from data journalism, marketing, and research roles, helping them use maths as a powerful communication tool.

In lessons, we combine theory with real-world applications. Students learn not only to calculate but to interpret and present data effectively. I encourage exploration, curiosity, and creativity while building strong analytical skills. My goal is to make mathematics both practical and inspiring.
