About Hannah
I am currently an Associate Lecturer and PhD student at Goldsmiths, University of London. In this role, I teach undergraduate psychology across numerous core BPS topics. I am particularly enthusiastic about teaching research methods and statistics.
Education:
I completed my Psychology degree at Keele University, graduating with a First Class Honours, alongside winning the BPS Undergraduate Award for having the highest overall grade in the Keele Psychology course 2017.
I completed my MSc degree at the University of Sheffield in Psychological Research Methods, and graduated with a Distinction, alongside winning the 'Outstanding Performance Award' for having the highest overall grade in the MSc course in 2020.
I am now in the final months of my Psychology PhD, where I am conducting original research on the role of the family in children's bullying experiences.
Teaching Experience:
I have been working as an Associate Lecturer for the previous two years, based in the Department of Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. This role has involved preparing and teaching essay-based tutorials, teaching a research methods lab class, supervising mini-dissertations, co-supervising a final year dissertation, and plenty of marking at university level.

My teaching approach will vary depending on you - I'm happy to teach in person or online depending on what is best for you. And I will try to adapt my lessons to fit with what works for you. If you're a visual learner then I'll try and make it more visual, if you're an auditory learner then I'll try and do a lot more of that. My lessons can be really flexible to make sure they work for you. The only set thing is that I want you to get involved and join in, instead of just talking at you for the whole session.
I am happy to make tutoring session a frequent occurrence, or a one-off session. These can include going over specific lessons or topics that you might need some extra help with, or guidance on essays and exams (specifically targeted at university students).

GCSE, A-Level, and undergraduate tutoring for £30/hour.
You will not be charged for the time that I spend preparing teaching activities. However, if you require me to mark essays or go over work, this will incur an additional charge.
