I am a native Chinese speaker and an Associate Professor at a medical university in China, with over 8 years of university-level teaching experience. I hold a Chinese Higher Education Teaching Certificate, and I have spent my career teaching and mentoring students from a wide range of backgrounds. Teaching is not just my profession—it is something I genuinely love. I enjoy helping learners break through the barriers that make Chinese feel difficult, and I take real pride in watching my students grow in confidence and fluency. About the lesson

My teaching is structured, patient, and tailored to each student. I follow a communicative approach, combining clear grammar explanations with real-life conversation practice, so students not only understand Chinese but actually use it with confidence. I use a variety of materials—textbooks, authentic articles, audio clips, and role-play scenarios—and I adjust the pace and content to match each learner's goals and learning style. I also build in regular review and feedback so progress is visible and steady.

A typical lesson lasts 50–60 minutes. I offer both online lessons and in-person sessions locally, and I can accommodate longer sessions for students preparing for exams or with specific deadlines.

As an Associate Professor at a Chinese medical university, I bring over 8 years of university-level teaching experience to my tutoring. I hold a Chinese Higher Education Teaching Certificate and have extensive experience teaching both general and medical Chinese to learners of different backgrounds. My academic training means I know how to explain complex ideas clearly and how to structure learning step by step.
