I am an athlete /an art student... I i have been helping out my soccer team mates with fitness since I'm a their soccer captain. I am very obsessed with exercising /fitness. Usually during my free time I'm on the field doing my fitness.

My teaching method is practical teaching, in which I believe it's suitable for the fitness classes. I usually demonstrate to the learners than let them do the exercises. I approach my topic in a very understandable manner. I make sure that I tell them what to do in a way that they understand and tell them why the should do the exercises
