About Selena
My name is Selena Asson, and I am a dedicated and patient mathematics tutor with 4 years of experience helping students understand and improve their math skills. I currently attend Tennessee State University, where I am continuing my education and building on the strong academic foundation I developed throughout high school. Mathematics has always been one of my strongest subjects, and I have consistently maintained great grades in my math classes. I enjoy helping students who may struggle with certain concepts by breaking problems down into simple, easy-to-understand steps. I am friendly, reliable, encouraging, and committed to creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions. My goal is not only to help students complete their work but also to help them truly understand the material and become more confident in their abilities. I work with each student at their own pace and adjust my lessons to meet their individual learning needs and goals.
