I’m Pallavi Nataraj, an Ayurvedic Nutritionist with a strong academic and practical foundation in natural health sciences.

I have completed my post-graduation in Ayurvedic Food and Nutrition from Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India (IGMPI), recognized by the Government of India, and I am currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Karnataka Sanskrit University.

My work integrates Ayurvedic nutrition, yogic principles, and modern lifestyle understanding. I believe health is not created through shortcuts, but through alignment with natural principles—right food, right routine, and right awareness.

I specialize in guiding individuals with chronic lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, thyroid imbalance, PCOS, metabolic issues, digestive concerns, fatigue, and stress-related conditions, with a focus on root-cause correction and long-term sustainability.
