About Renzo
I have a degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Humanities at the University of the Republic (UdelaR), specializing in the philosophy of logic. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Contemporary Philosophy and am part of a research project on logic and argumentation. I have experience giving private lessons in formal logic to students from different fields (philosophy, law, psychology, teacher training, engineering). I work in a clear, structured, and personalized way, adapting each class to the student's level and needs. I understand that logic can seem difficult at first, but with patience, good examples, and constant practice, it is possible not only to understand it but also to enjoy it. I give private lessons in formal logic to students of all majors and levels who need help with this subject. My goal is not only for you to understand it, but also to enjoy it.
My approach is clear, patient, and tailored to your needs. I work by combining theory and practice from the beginning. I explain concepts with simple and accessible examples, and I use progressive exercises to help you gain confidence.
We can work with truth tables, rules of inference, natural deduction, predicate logic, formal proofs, and more. I also prepare students for exams, practical assignments, or specific courses.
