I use real-world examples and draw visuals when breaking down logic code or general. I like to connect with my students and bring life lessons along with the code. Computers often bring about the abstract, which gives a blank easel of which to make a curriculum with. That said, everything I tutor will be practical and will seek to improve the programming capabilities and technical skills of those I tutor. You must be able to try and pay attention. I know we live in a time with ADHD and short attention spans. If you're willing to try, I promise you that you will learn.
