About Emma

I create specialized worksheets tailored to each student’s level, ensuring they get the exact support they need. Raised in Canada and proud to call BC home, I graduated with distinction in BC high school and earned a 3.9 GPA in university. Now, I’m eager to give back to my community by sharing both knowledge and experience with younger students including newcomers to Canada. I understand firsthand how challenging and overwhelming high school and university can feel. My goal is to make learning clear and approachable, guiding students not only through their coursework but also through the bigger academic journey—so they can feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed.

About the lesson

I offer lessons in creative writing, classic literature, modern literature, and reading, tailored to help students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of language and storytelling. With extensive experience in scholarship and college writing, I’ve guided students in crafting strong applications, gaining admission to Canadian universities, and excelling in their academic pursuits. I also specialize in working with ESL students, providing support in improving English skills and navigating Canadian culture. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that meets each student’s unique needs and aspirations.
