I value personal goals that beginners have in their dancing journey and help them achieve that by making careful observations and corrections according to their physical and anatomical capabilities. I tailor classes to the needs and goals of every student, making sure to check in with your individual progress in this creative and explorative journey together. I base my teaching on my experience dancing professionally and years of teaching beginner students. The methodology will mainly be RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) method, with a sprinkle of Vaganova (Russian) and Cecchetti (Italian). I value the importance of proper technique especially for beginners, to get you off on the right foot for the long-run. It won’t be fancy at first glance, but the foundational technique is so important for safety in execution (first and foremost) and building a strong base for more advanced movements.
