I have been taken Pilates classes with Alma for a couple of months, both in groups and individually. I not only enjoy her classes, but also experience a gradual improvement with my long-lasting problems of backpain and trouble with my piriformis. She is highly knowledgeable, responsive and attentive, and as such, she has good ability to adapt her teaching to each participant's individual needs and problems. Also, she is an inspiring and positive person, who always creates a good atmosphere and shows confidence. Her professional and personal qualities make her to a ‘Superprof’. I sincerely recommend her both to those having any physical problems, and those who want to get stronger and want to develop their body-awareness.

Vor fast 2 Jahren habe ich angefangen bei Alma Pilates- Unterricht zu nehmen und habe seit dem fast keine Stunde ausfallen lassen. In unseren kleinen Gruppenstunden korrigiert sie jeden Schüler in jeder Übung sehr feinfühlig. Manchmal sind es nur kleine Details aber es hat mir sehr geholfen die Übungen richtig auszuführen.
Ihr Unterricht ist hart und sehr wirkungsvoll! Ich würde sogar sagen, sie tut weit mehr als nur Pilates, es ist Körperarbeit.
Für mich ist Alma die beste Lehrerin die ich jemals hatte.

Ich kenne Alma seit Jahren aus dem Ballett Unterricht. Da ich schon immer unter Rücken Problemen gelitten habe, hat sie mir immer gerne Tips gegeben. Da mir diese sehr geholfen haben, habe ich mich entschlossen, bei ihr Pilates Unterricht zu nehmen.
Alma kennt sich, auch durch ihre jahrelange Tätigkeit als Tänzerin, sehr gut mit der menschlichen Anatomie aus, was dem Pilates Unterricht zugute kommt.
Sie nimmt sich die Zeit, die eventuellen Verletzungen und Probleme eines jeden einzelnen zu verstehen und den Unterricht auf darauf aufzubauen.
Ich kann Alma nur wärmstens empfehlen!
