About Rose

About the lesson

Hi there! Do read the fine print below to get an understanding & get started on classes :)

~ Classes are held based on 2 criterias: 1. Student's level of skill & class preference. 2. Scheduling, budget & range.

~ Classes are divided into 3 modes: Student's Location, Online or an Agreed Location ie. Cooking Studio. Students are required to pick one & a confirmation with a scheduled class/trial class will be given.

~ Any food/ingredient allergies/preferences shall be made known before class starts. We would not be responsible for any mishaps.

~ Bartending/Barista/Baking & Pastry/Cooking Class Types: Private, Semi-Private - max 3 students at a time, Group - max 6 students at a time.

~ Hotel Management Class Types: Private, Semi-Private - max 4 students at a time, Group - max 7 students at a time.

~ Bartending/Barista/Baking & Pastry/Cooking Classes: Hourly/1.5 hours/1+1 hours/2 hours, 1 - 3 classes per week/Up to 12 classes per month. Trial Classes will be 30 mins to an hour upon availability & subject.

~ Hotel Management Classes: Hourly/1.5 hours/1+1 hours, 1 - 3 classes per week/Up to 13 classes per month. Trial Classes will be 30 mins upon availability & subject.

~ Students who prefer to take Semi-Private/Group Classes for Hotel Management shall find their own mates to attend. We do not combine students for this class & all students in the same class has to be of the same/complimentary level. In which case students fail to do so, we will then place students on for Private/Semi-Private classes. Please Take Note.

~ As student take on classes, please note that you would need to pay a registration + material fee upon the first semester/class. Students are Not Required to take a Trial Class, however it will be advisable so.

~ For Online classes, materials will be sent to each student 3 - 7 days prior to class. Please make sure to provide your personal & home details to us thru email.

~ Once Set, the mode of study during the semester/class period is final. Violation will result in students losing their spot for classes. However, students may choose to renew their policies at the start of each semester/period of study.

~ In which case necessary, students will be given an entry-test for evaluation before the first class. Applicable only to Hotel Management Classes.

~ Students may request or suggest what works for them prior to make classes more efficient. This may or may not be necessary according to individual.

~ All prices stated are of true terms & are to be paid before class starts.

~ Price for classes will vary for students who take semi private classes as it would be more affordable. Please note that Semi-Private Classes are subjected to availability during the semester. Please email us if you would prefer so & would like to know more about the upcoming schedules.

~ Additional Fees may be included based on the subjects/packages students' pick. Please refer below for the itineraries & price range. This will be stated in your invoice/study plan. Do email us if you would need further clarification.

~ Certain Add-ons may not be applicable for Online classes, and prices vary accordingly. Please email us to get further clarification/assistance.

~ Once payment is done, it is Non-Refundable, but may be transferred given if approved.

~ Should you have any financial difficulties or issues with payment, please email us & include your reasoning and current financial situation.

~ Last Min Cancellations are 100% Non-Refundable, Transferable or Exchangeable. If you would need to reschedule/cancel a class, please inform us at least 2-3 days in advance.

~ We reserve the right to make any amendments without prior notice. Rude & abusive behavior will strictly not be entertained. Please remain respectful when communicating.

~ Hotel Management Test Registration: RM100
~ Hotel Management Test: RM150 - RM500
~ Trial Class: 50% of First Class Price
~ (OPT) Additional Material/Ingredients: RM100 - RM400
~ (OPT) Additional Tests: RM200 - RM500
~ (OPT) Retake Tests: 50% Fee of Previous Payment
~ (OPT) Additional Private Classes/Workshops: RM150 - 450
