About Beverly

I am a Catering Chef, I have been in the industry for almost 11 years. I decided to take my skills to another level by bringing it up virtually. I love to teach what I have learned all throughout my career and share it with the people who possess the same interest as I do. I love teaching kids ages 4 years old to young adults (12-18 years old). I also love to teach parents that wanted to learn tricks on feeding their kids delicious healthy food. I also love creating Cake Arts or Cake Customization. And I would like to share how I do my cakes in a non-traditional way. Sharing it with my very own recipe of cakes and buttercreams that omit icing sugar, and fondants that have few ingredients and a lot more.

About the lesson

I love baking and modifying standard recipes into something healthier. In addition to that, I am also passionate about Cake Customization as I call it “Cake Art”. Therefore, I am here, to guide you all the way from introducing to you the simple and basic way of baking. I am very passionate about teaching people who share the same interest as I do. All levels are welcome and please communicate with me what kind of subject you are interested in learning. And I will be baking together with you virtually, sharing ideas, tips, and tricks.
