About Paul

Fully qualified and QTS certified teacher in the UK, with 20+ years of education experience. During the pandemic I started trading full-time, and I have since quit 9-5 work, and enjoy complete financial freedom. My mission is to now teach others my approach by providing the tools necessary to achieve the same. Regular students get exclusive access to my master class series covering everything from the basic of trading to advanced multi-time frame analysis.

When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?
I started trading 5 years ago after teaching around the globe for 20 years. I decided to combine my two passions and become a crypto tutor.
Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).
Trading is about discipline and emotional control at the end of the day. The basic fundamentals of making money from Bitcoin and the altcoin market is always the starting point for my students, but the end goal is give them the tools they need to rise beyond what their life was, and to enjoy complete financial freedom with a highly sort after skill that only a select few have, the ability to make money from nothing.
Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?
My mentor was an inspiring figure with an ability to cut through the noise of the crypto market and have it all make sense. It was not an easy journey, but when you arrive as a trader, like I did thanks to him, there is no feeling like it in the world.
What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?
Patience, empathy and clear goals that are centered around a student's needs.
Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.
If you try to skip a step, or think that just 1 lesson is enough, you will fail. The only way to succeed in this market is with the long thought.
What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or are still facing in your subject?
The crypto market is constantly evolving, it requires the ability to adapt to the conditions it gives us, and the experience to avoid the noise. e.g. If someone is promoting a token or coin, you will learn nothing from them. They are in it for themselves.
Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?
My passion is providing people with a level of financial freedom they ordinarily wouldn't have imagined possible for them. Not all of my students make it, as it requires true dedication, but those that do, no longer work for a living.
What makes you a Superprof (besides answering these interview questions)?
I am an expert at what I do, and I offer students one simple thing most other crypto traders just don't have, 20 years of experience in education and a mission to achieve for every one of my students.
