About Andrew
I am a fifth year English PhD, specializing in imperialism, medievalism, and masculinity in late 19th - 20th century British literature. I have five years of experience teaching English literature, essay writing, and basic English grammar to undergraduate classes at Brock and Western University and have. In all of my teaching, I have received very positive feedback from my students and teaching supervisors for communicating clearly and approachably, for giving detailed, constructive feedback, and teaching in a passionate and fun manner.

My teaching method is to hold group workshops or one on one consultations to go over issues of writing, literary analysis, grammar, and reading comprehension, that students are currently struggling with. I adopt a student focused model in which students are encouraged to ask questions and which is tailored to each individual student's tutoring needs.
