About Olivia
I’m Olivia, a vocal coach based on the east coast of Canada. I first developed a passion for singing at 8 years old after successfully auditioning for my local honor choir. After graduating high school with the Shambhala Fine Arts Award for Excellence, I decided to continue pursuing my hunger for knowledge in singing. I studied with vocal coaches and taught singers from across Canada, acquiring a foundational understanding of vocal terms and principles. The vocal technique which remains the standard for my coaching was taught to me by a coach from Toronto in 2022. Grounded in 17th century Italian vocal pedagogy, this technique has been used and improved by coaches across centuries, and was taught to Michael Jackson, Barbra Streisand, Stevie Wonder, and more.
