About Bharathy
I am a Budhist psychologist by training and a disciple of Dsongsar Khyetse Rinpoche. I worked for the NHS for 14 years in a traditional psychology role.I trained to teach yoga and mediation from the world renowned Sivananda Yoga school. I offer specialist breath work too. I teach different styles of meditation.

I am a strong proponent of going within to strengthen connection with oneself, and all around things fall in place. I can teach basics for the newbie and advanced meditations for the more experienced. I tailor my approach depending on the individual.
