About Sonya

I am a York University graduate with a Bacherelor of Arts in Sociology and French. I also hold a CELTA certificate.

I have taught English and French to adults students in class. It was important to facilitate the acquisition of the language by encouraging conversation and reading of everyday news with students.

I have been working online with adults and children alike teaching French.

About the lesson

I recognize that every student is unique so I ensure to adapt my teaching methods to the needs and interests of the student. I also make sure to engage the students with materials that keep the class/lesson dynamic and fun.
