About Dayanara
I bring both academic training and real-world experience to my Spanish tutoring. I hold a B.S. in Physiology with a minor in Child Development, and I am currently a graduate student continuing to build my expertise in working with diverse populations. I was also awarded the State Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish, demonstrating strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Professionally, I work as a case manager supporting immigrant communities, where I use Spanish daily in meaningful, real-life contexts. This experience allows me to teach not just textbook Spanish, but practical communication skills that students can use confidently in everyday situations. I have experience working with learners of all ages and tailor my approach to meet each student’s unique needs, learning style, and goals.
