About Ella
I have just graduated from Millfield school, become a dentist. I currently work as a lifeguard at a holiday park, so I have lots of experience of working with different people. I have also been volunteering at my local youth club for the last 3 years, and volunteering at my local library for 2 years, so I have developed my ability to tailor my communication styles depending on the individual. I am dedicated to my subjects and have spent hours analysing mark schemes and topic content, so I am confident in my ability of aiding others understand topics on a deeper level. I achieved 9 grade 9's for GCSEs, an A in additional maths and A* in my EPQ. I have just finished my A-levels (which I am predicted 3 A*). Any money that I earn will be contributing towards my volunteering that I am going to be doing in Laos during my gap year- where I will be staying in the village of Houay Fai, working alongside a UK-based community company (Jungle Jar) that provides support to subsistence farming communities in Laos.

Having recently done my A-levels and GCSEs, I know exactly what the mark schemes want and what examiners are looking for. I have been tutoring younger students at my school for the last 3 years, so I have a lot of experience with different methods that I can use to help others understand complicated topics. I am also applying to dental school this coming year, so I can help with writing personal statements and university applications.
