About Charlisa

Ever wonder why you can read a language but stumble when trying to speak it in public? My path into language coaching began with my own BMus Popular Music studies which taught me to listen for the subtle rhythms of speech.

I have worked with 340 students ranging from absolute beginners to working professionals needing specific business Spanish terminology. We focus on conversational fluency and the cultural context that makes communication authentic. My background as a native speaker allows me to explain complex grammar while keeping the focus on your real world needs.

I aim to make every hour feel like a natural conversation between peers. Preparing for a DELE exam or a job interview requires a different kind of intensity.

I guide you through rigorous role play and reading comprehension tasks to build your stamina. You will find that my approach to teaching is as structured as it is supportive. I am here to help you articulate your ideas with total clarity.

About the lesson

The first session is a diagnostic level test that allows us to build a plan for your future learning. We look at where you currently stand so we do not waste time on skills you already possess. This session helps me understand if you are targeting business Spanish or simply want to handle social dialogue with more ease. We might spend time on exam preparation or just practice small talk depending on your current level.
