About Reva
"Sitting at the piano for 13 years has taught me that every learner finds their rhythm differently. I have guided hundreds of students from their first clumsy notes to full performance readiness using my BMus from the University of Toronto. Whether you are tackling scales and arpeggios, building accompaniment skills, or exploring jazz improvisation, I meet you right where you are.
Sight transposition and grade exam prep for ABRSM and Trinity are also specialties I enjoy. Sometimes I find myself humming along with students because music is meant to be felt. It is a genuine joy to support such a wide variety of musical journeys."

"Accessing my annotated practice notes after every lesson is included for all students. Your first session involves 8.0 minutes of diagnostic play to identify your current technical roadblocks immediately.
I use my 13 years of experience to adjust our approach during the very first meeting. We spend time on scales and arpeggios to ground your technique before moving into specific repertoire or exam preparation.
Sight transposition and jazz improvisation skills are integrated naturally into your progress. My BMus background ensures we maintain structural integrity in every piece you play.
I balance direct feedback with a friendly curiosity about your specific tastes. You will never feel overwhelmed because we break complex movements into manageable steps. My goal is to ensure you walk away with clear objectives for your home practice. I really love seeing those lightbulb moments happen in real time."
