About Linea

Linea is from Denmark and has more than 20 years of experience in healing, movement and breath. She has been sharing healing classes in Denmark, USA and Costa Rica.
Linea is certified yoga instructor, licensed nursing consultant and licensed caregiver.
Linea currently lives in Costa Rica, where she's been teaching her classes for more than 10 years, both puplically and privately.
After many requests, online sessions are finally open now.

About the lesson

Your session is designed to meet you in what you require at this time.
Linea intuitively channel messages to you, as you move through guided movements, breath and visualizations.
The body softens to open, nervous system heals, pranic flow increase to clear blockages and your guidance system turns on and activates.
After the session you will be able to start working with yourself in a more fulfilling way, as your expand deeper into self acceptance and pure love.
