About TripleT

Hi, my name is Nithusan. I am currently an active amateur boxer, aswell as a uni student who wants to use their spare time to pass on some knowledge that i have gained from years of experience in this sport. In my lessons i mostly carry over what i get taught in my amateur boxing lessons with a mix of what i have learnt to be most effective. The lesson priorities on learning the fundamentals of boxing mixed with a bunch of fun calorie burning activities aswell! The aim is to learn how to protect yourself but the key is to be calm, and you can only be calm when you’re enjoying the process.

About the lesson

My lessons will prioritise the fundamentals of boxing in order to make the boxing lessons you learn worth the time and money and in order to understand boxing your mindset has to be straight.Getting this right is where both the cardio exercises comes in such as running skipping and essentially pushing yourself to your limits.

In my classes you will need:
- Skipping rope
- Hand wraps
- Boxing gloves
- Water
- Comfortable workout clothes
