About Reina
Hi I'm Reina! I finished the IBDP/high school in 2022. I'm a 2nd year Psychology student studying at the University of Sydney (USYD) in Australia. I have experience tutoring for several students including psychology and biology. Also holding valid Working with Children Check (expiring in 2028)! I strongly believe that an interactive learning environment is key to fostering academic success. I strive to create a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their thoughts and even making mistakes! I will be following every step- whether it's providing support for basic concepts, marking your practice responses, to preparing for the final exams!! I look forward to teaching you!

Lessons are targeted for DP students or Year 10-12 students. Lessons will last 1-2h depending on what students require and it will be conducted online through zoom or google meet. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) student, I have direct experience with learning and studying Business Management and going through Internal Assessments and final exams.
During the free 30 minute session, we can discuss what kind of topics/ questions the student needs help with- and from there, I will plan a personalized teaching approach specific for the student!
Through different mediums such as whiteboard functions on google, showing/ drawing diagrams to verbal communication, I try to use a variety of teaching methods to ensure every student is comfortable to understand the concept! For BM, we can go through past papers/ varieties of problem questions together or learn the content itself with me!
Although I have little experience as a tutor, my personal experience of studying BM and being a grade 7 achiever can definitely help to get the grades you desire!

Reina was great at teaching IB specific concepts. She also does both online and in person classes which is very convenient. She marks LAQs and SAQs as well as aching content which was very helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend her as an IBM psychology tutor!
Reina goes over concepts very precisely. It was great having her as she had first hand experience in IB and had adequate knowledge of IB psych knowledge to get to my goals. Definitely recommend her as an ib psychology tutor!
I recommend Reina to anyone who’s studying or starting to study psychology as she explains content in an understandable manner for beginners. Especially because she’s done IB herself, she knows exactly what to write in essays and what to focus on in order to get a 7 which was really helpful!
