About Adam
It's been around 2 years that I'm training. Specifically calisthenics, in addition to bodybuilding as side training. I've created and sold a bulking program and willing to create other fitness programs for cut and calisthenics. I'm willing to be assisting you mostly during weekends, and might consider weekdays.
