About Shreeja

I recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with First Class Honours in Law, ranking 2nd out of a cohort of 238 students and 1st at St John’s College. Throughout my degree, I consistently achieved First Class results and received several academic distinctions, including the Competition Law Faculty Prize, Hughes Prize, Winfield Prize, St John’s College Scholarship and Whytehead Scholarship.

Alongside my academic experience, I am a Future Trainee Solicitor at a Magic Circle law firm and have completed vacation schemes at several leading international law firms. These experiences have further developed the analytical reasoning, written communication and attention to detail that underpin my approach to tutoring.

I have tutored five students, all of whom have gone on to achieve A*–A grades at A-Level and have secured places at leading UK law schools, including Oxford, Cambridge and UCL. I draw on both my own academic experience and several years of tutoring to help students strengthen their academic performance and navigate the university admissions process with confidence.

About the lesson

My lessons are highly structured and tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses and goals. I tutor Oxbridge admissions, LNAT and English Literature, supporting students throughout the entire admissions process - from A-Level preparation and personal statements through to the LNAT and Oxbridge interviews.

For LNAT Section A, I teach specific strategies for each question type, including inference, implication, assumptions, conclusions and argument analysis, before applying these techniques to challenging passages. For Section B, I focus on building clear, persuasive arguments, essay structure, counterarguments and effective examples.

For English Literature and A-Levels, I focus on close textual analysis, sophisticated interpretation, essay structure and exam technique, helping students turn strong ideas into precise and convincing written arguments.

For Oxbridge applications, I provide end-to-end support, including personal statement guidance, LNAT preparation and interview practice. My approach focuses on developing the independent thinking, intellectual confidence and analytical skills that students need to perform at their best throughout the admissions process.
