About Negar
About me: I am a young professional, an expert in international law and currently completing my law degree, and I've lived in over 11 countries, teaching English along the way. I also hold a perfect score on the IELTS, so I know exactly what examiners are looking for. I am warm, friendly, and adaptable, and I usually like tailoring my lessons to my students' goals whether that's exam prep, workplace English, or everyday conversation. (Bonus: my clear Canadian accent makes for great listening practice!)

I help non-native English speakers become fluent in no time! My sessions are structured around live speaking practice with feedback on pronunciation and grammar, thematic listening drills including for IELTS preparation, and writing practice.
As a young multilingual woman (fluent in French, Farsi, and learning Spanish and Arabic), with experience tutoring across 6 countries, I'm used to working with students from all kinds of cultural backgrounds and language levels. Sessions will be tailored to you!
