About Ali
Literacy is one of my greatest passions as a teacher! I have been an avid reader and writer my entire life, and consider language to be a doorway to exploring other worlds -as well as a gateway through which a writer can allow others a glimpse into their own. In my career, I've experienced the difference that confidence makes for young readers, and it is my mission to help students learn to feel that "they got this!"

Hi! I’m Ali Jacobs — a certified Canadian teacher with over 15 years of experience helping students grow their reading accuracy, fluency and comprehension, writing skills and confidence with language.
