About Marilyn
Stage fear often stops voices from reaching their true volume. I fix this with breathing control.
We address pitch control, rhythm, and phrasing using exercises designed for your vocal health. Exam preparation for the RCM syllabus is standard practice here.

Air flows steadily through the diaphragm when we begin our morning warm up exercises. My path started with the violin at age 4, but voice became a central pillar during my BMus training. I enjoy working with performance-focused students who wish to refine their diction and articulation during standard repertoire.
Hobbyists and returning learners often find that managing stage fear creates more room for their natural personality to emerge. My 13 years of experience as a teacher allows me to emphasize vocal health and care above all else.
I build a personalised song list around your specific vocal range to ensure each piece fits your anatomy perfectly. Developing pitch control and rhythm requires a supportive, unhurried hand. Watching a student gain performance confidence is a highlight of my teaching life.
