Carolyn Broe teaches Violin, Viola, and Cello. She earned her Doctorate in Musical Arts from Arizona State University.

I have taken violin lessons with Dr. Broe for almost seven years, and I can tell that she is a very knowledgeable and experienced teacher. She has studied with many world-class musicians, and throughout the lessons, she has given me plenty of helpful pieces of advice that she learned from them. Because of her excellent teaching, I was able to compete and win first place in a statewide strings competition. Dr. Broe is also a really friendly person in general, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with her.

Carolyn was my daughter’s viola tutor throughout high school, and we are so grateful for the role she played in her musical journey. From the very beginning, Carolyn created a supportive and encouraging environment that helped my daughter grow both as a musician and as a confident young person.

Her talent, knowledge, patience, and genuine care for her students are evident in every lesson. Carolyn has a special ability to connect with her students, inspire them to do their best, and make learning both rewarding and enjoyable.
