First, I interview my new students to evaluate their English levels ( play listening sections in that interview as well )
based on the level of my students I design a lesson plan
I always make my students speak and from that speaking, i teach Grammar and correct my students' mistakes ( for almost all levels, except true beginners and basic levels)
* for ADVANCED/INTER students topic-based (I assign some worksheets full of new words and some listening and movies based on the topic) and during the class, we talk all around the topic and if my student makes a simple grammatical mistake I write that down and fix that GRAMMATICAL mistake with my student
And a piece of reading ( students have to read that reading section at home and speak in his own word in the class for like 5 minutes )
