About Kim

With over a decade of practice and a 200-hour certification, my approach is rooted in accessible, safe movement. As a cancer survivor, I honor the body's resilience. I teach mindful alignment and breath-led sequencing to ensure every student feels safe, supported, and welcome exactly as they are.

About the lesson

I offer 1-on-1 sessions online (global) and in home (Ottawa)
Tailored SLOW FLOW VINYASA sessions to your unique physical condition and energy levels during each session
Practice at your preferred time and at your own pace
Dedicated form guidance and movement tracking to ensure a safe, posture-corrected

Whether you are a complete beginner, restarting your practice or cancer survivor, I'll be there to support you build your strength, mobility and flexibility.
