Super Tutor

Giusy is one of our best Italian tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!

About Giusy

I have a Bachelor's degree in English and Chinese Languages and a Master's degree in Chinese Literature. I'm a certified teacher of Italian as a foreign language and I'm currently working in primary and high schools. I believe language learning should be practical and immersive. My lessons are tailored to your specific needs and goals, including speaking, reading and writing.
My goal is to build together your confidence, without fear of mistakes. They are fine 'cause you're learning!!

About the lesson

I chose to study Chinese at university because I was fascinated by a world completely different from my own. This challenge taught me that learning a language could be a struggle, but also a key to discover new cultures, different ways of living, and unique ways of communicating.
During our first lesson, we will have a chat about your goals and preferences. I will try to get a better understanding of your level and take note of the areas that need more focus. My aim is to create a friendly and safe environment for my students, where they do not fear speaking or making mistakes, helping them leave their comfort zone with confidence and curiosity.

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the teacher's students.

Charlotte contacted me to learn Italian almost from scratch, and from our very first lesson, she proved to be an attentive, hardworking, and interested student. Her proactive approach - she isn't afraid to make mistakes- makes every lesson both productive and enjoyable.

Giusy has been my dedicated Italian tutor for several months, guiding me consistently through my language learning journey.
What I appreciate most about her teaching method is her ability to perfectly balance structured grammar lessons with natural, practical conversation. She is incredibly patient and always adapts her approach to fit my personal learning pace, making complex topics easy to understand.
A memorable experience we shared was dedicating an entire session to discussing our favorite regional Italian dishes entirely in Italian. It was engaging, culturally enriching, and significantly boosted my confidence in speaking the language. She is an outstanding teacher.

Giusy is not only a great teacher but also an incredibly supportive person. From the very first lesson, she managed to create such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that I immediately felt comfortable making mistakes, which is key when learning a language! She is always encouraging and patient, making even the toughest grammar points feel manageable. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your progress and makes you feel confident, Giusy is the one.
